2010 TDI acceleration problem

There have been a number of posts on other forums which have confirmed that the DSG does not learn your driving habits. People were confused because the literature said adapting, it actually adapts to wear but does not adapt to your driving style. There are preset maps which it follows. This is stated by people who looked at the DSG software.

It happens on my 2010 jsw. YOU SHOULD TRUST YOUR CAR. After the "lag time" do you feel yourself against the seat? It has a powerfull push without spinning the wheels. GIVE THIS GREAT CAR SOME TIME UNTIL IT ADOPTS TO YOUR DRIVING HABBITS.

Just how long does it take to "learn" my driving?
