2005 Jetta tdi recall

I found a thread somewhere in this site about a recall regarding the glow plugs and ECM software update. I took mine to Owasco in Oshawa Ont Canada and they were more than happy to do it. It took 2 hrs,and they replaced all 4 glow plugs and the controller. They updated the ECM software and now I have noticed quicker cold starts without stumbling(-20c) and better milage.I also think it has a little more power (recall #28F6)

I also used the timing belt replacement info and saved time and money.
