2005.5 TDI timing belt tensioner

I put my problem in the wrong pot my timing belt tenioner blew up had the head repaired by frank tdi put car back together now don't have power it had before intake was unplugged up bad cleaned it and EGR when was apart brought to the dealer got clubbed $550 they told me timing was off 3 teeth it doesn't run right not going back for another beating changed NPT valve was broke helped a little not right getting about 17mpg and no power what up.
