chip tune for hybrid VW Touareg hybrid or Porsche Cayenne

TDI normally have no problem with chip tunes but is it possible for the VW Touareg hybrid or Porsche Cayenne S hybrid to have a performance chip tune? They use the same supercharged V6 engine that was first introduced in the 2009 Audi S4 that makes a rated 333 hp (dyno testing has shown a consistent 350-360 actual hp and weight vs. performance numbers have also back this estimate).

Early chip tunes for the Audi S4 have made 420 hp so why not the VW Touareg hybrid or Cayenne S hybrid? Would that satisfy any claims that a hybrid can't be powerful or fast?

It's not known if the eaton TVS r1320 supercharger can be swapped and because the pulley is so small, it's not possible to do a simple pulley swap to increase boost. The supercharger is also already running at max speed - any excess boost is diverted back to the supercharger. They sized the supercharger on the small side to have plenty of low end power and decent high end power.

The problem is: will the hybrid decoupler (clutch) hold?

Interesting idea but why would a hybrid owner want to increase performance? Just buy the non hybrid version and save yourself the trouble and money of the hybrid. It seems kind of against the grain. The battery must weigh down the car too.

Why would a TDI owner want to increase performance? Because they can and it's fun!
