need to know how to turn off the key immobilzer so that i can get my car to start . i bought this car over a year ago, i didnt get the keypad for it and now for some reason the key i have wont work. crazy huh, car is a nightmare. just want it to work, could careless if someone steals it thats for sure.

Actually, Jetta's for the most part, don't suck. it's usually the owners that don't educate themselves about their car that suck.........................
