Default tips for new tdi owner

hi all i recently got a 05 jetta tdi, and i was wondering what tips you guys may have for me to keep my car running good

Do the proper maintenance and follow the schedule of the maintenance items such as filters and oil. I would replace all of the filters and change all of the fluids in the vehicle. This way you will know when they were changed and they are fresh. I would also make sure you fill up with diesel only and double check that the pump is really diesel. Gasoline will really kill a diesel injection system and engine.
