noise issues with 2010 jetta tdi

First problem is the wind noise whistling through the passenger door, very annoying and dealer always never seems to replicate the problem. 2nd, rear passenger seat belt mechanism or w/e its called is literally vibrating as i drive on the highway thats smooth without any bumps, again dealer couldn't replicate the noise. Im driving car home from dealer today and i hear all these things again with the radio on!, im pissed
