Do you mean the city light? http://www.myturbodiesel.com/1000q/a...eplacement.htm It's either twist or pull.

As I recall, the peanut bulbs that are the city lights are really miserable to change. If you take off the cover for either the high beams or the low beams, (I can't remember witch) they are accessible.

Thanks all. I had to relocate the fuel filter housing in order to get a pliers on it. It was very hard to break loose. As you pointed out it just pulls out. Twisting helped tremendously.
