My PD has broken off the shaft about 10mm behind the compressor wheel. There are no signs of overheating, no blue color on the shaft, no pickup marks indicating low oil pressure. Car has done just over 200K. Got a new turbo now, busy mounting it, but I'm worried because I could not find the root of the problem. My mac told me that it may be as result of a blocked cat. Any ideas? |
