2006 Jetta TDI- Anti-Thief shut down.

I recently removed a fuse that somehow activated the anti thief system and now my car will crank and then turn off after about a second. How can I fix this without taking it to a dealership or how can I do an emergency break through so I can at least drive it to the dealership withOUT a towing fee! HELPP!!!

no emergency break through possible otherwise it wouldn't be a very effective anti theft device would it?
