fuel in oil lots 05 passat 2.0 tdi

we have a 05 passat has lots of fuel in oil. . if u drive it for 20 min it has about 1 qt of fuel in oil . then the light in dash says emishion workshop the local tech said it needed number 1 injector so we did that and still fills with fuel did a compresion test to day it has a consitance 400 psi at crank speed all vary close to each other
it runs good has plenty of power
it smells like gas when u start it
and will smoke just a little some time when on throtel

It sounds like the injector seals are shot. Were the injectors replaced before this visit to the local tech?

Tandem Pump is shot. Replace it. (side of the head)
