New to this forum. Bought a 99 Jetta a year ago while turbo still worked. About a month later it starting going into limp mode on hills and eventually completely **** the bed. I replaced the MAF sensor with a used one, made no difference. Checked all vacuum lines and didn't find any leaks. Car works fine on low rpms but has no power above 2-3k rpm. Seems to point to Turbo or waste gate actuator. Any ideas for anything else I can try before trying to hunt one of those down? Thanks in advance for your help. |

Seems to point to maf more like, I'd do a proper test of the maf with vagcom before chasing around tbh. Have a look in here, there's various things including testing the maf
