Default wtf!!!!!!

so i was very unhappy to find out u cant put a bov on a tdi (i would do it for the sound) but i found this= how in the hell did they do this?

Reducing the effectiveness of the car and throwing off the A/F? Great!

It looks like they have some kind of pedal switch linked to the EGR valve. I can see it works at idle but what about when running? I am not sure what modifications they did to make it work but I'm guessing it involves another valve to control the boost leak. Without any other changes, this might cause the car to throw codes too.
