The slider bolt is not sliding and I am just grinding off the teeth of it. I guess I will have to pay someone to do this foolishly easy task.

Okay, belt attached, fluids are topped and I think I've located the leak? When I crank on the wheel it leaks pretty steadily from the line in between the red lines in the pic (I think). *It could be the line underneath the highlighted one (the brake line?).
What is that line called? Is it easy to replace?

Can't see but it's probably either the high or low pressure line. They were shown on the last page and those are the only 2 PS fluid lines there. You just have to unbolt them to replace. It's a bit of a bear but you should be able to see all the lines once you jack up the car.

I brought it to the mechanic and he said it is the HP hose and he's gonna try to fix the LP hose while he's there. Should be about $400(!), no big deal (...).
