H&Rs installed on my TDI SEL
    I got the springs installed today.

Mods: 6000k HID low beams and foglights, All LED interior lights, Euro switch, 30% 3M nano ceramic tint, rear lip spoiler, LED license plate lights, LED taillights from china, paddle shifter steering wheel from V6, H&R springs, added chrome strip to lower front grill and Chinese BiXenon headlights installed.

I have to say I was nervous about how the ride was going to turn out. But it's actually not bad with four adults a baby and the old springs in the trunk we were all comfy. My wife and friends did even notice anything was different about the car. This wasn't exactly a wife approved modification but hey what mod is wife approved.

How much did it lower the car?
Thy look great. Did you do the work yourself? I've done suspension work on bmw's before and that's not too bad, but never have on a vw.........is Tirerack a good source for parts? Thanks. I'm really interested in tightening up cornering response but don't want to have it ride like a semi......

No I didn't do the install I'm not equipped to that kinda work. I took it to a shop the specializes in BMWs mercs and VW. I paid 500 for the install and 120 for alignment. I did order my springs from tirerack bc the other places I looked had them on backorder but tirerack charged more than the other places. The other places I'm talking about ate ecs tuning, ach tuning, and allsprings.com they all had the springs cheaper than tirerack. But tirerack did get them to me in two days.
I do think my steering is more responsive and the ride is not too firm. So if it's something you've been thinking about go for it.
