Default VCDS disable blutooth audio?

Hi,

I would like to disable my bluetooth audio permanently in my 2012 JSW and I found this.

"You can disable BT audio via VCDS. Go to the 77-Telephone module and to Byte 4. Check the box and BT Audio is disabled."

Would someone have any better information/screen shots on this as I am a VCDS neophyte and I don't want to mess anything up?

Any help is greatly appreciated.

Thanks,
->Ben

Thank you for the info. Also, thank you for the move. I should have noticed the specific section for VCDS.

I was able to get this working perfectly. Now I no longer have the problem with the BT Audio taking over if I leave the phone plugged into the MDI when I shut off the car. I also no longer need to wait for the BT to pair before I plug the MDI in in the morning.

Below are the the screen caps from my session.
