Did you have the wheels/tires balanced when they were installed? If so, then:
-Bad tire (flat spot or bubble)
-Bent wheel
-Alignment
-Control arm bushings
Just to name a few. Recheck the tires and wheels first, if they are good then rotate the front wheels to the back. If the problem is in the wheels the vibration will move from the steering wheel to your seat (IE it will feel like the seat of the car/floor is shaking rather than the steering wheel). If it isn't the wheels then it will remain unchanged.
At that point start looking at alignment or control arms as the "most common" culprits.
