Default tdi clutch

I am a experienced mechanic however I've only delt with rear wheel drive vehicles I was interested in how much more trouble dropping the transmission will be seems like it could be a headache.

The tdi will not be a hard job, there is a excellent write up on it in the "how to index"
But for starters the tranny is not as heavy as most rear wheel drive cars, you drop it down and pull it out from underneath the car, there is relatively few obstacles to be removed.

It should be easy since you're an experienced mechanic: http://www.myturbodiesel.com/1000q/a5/transmission-removal-vw-jetta.htm
