Default new member, service indicator/imobilizer problems

Hi new here, wondering if anyone has seen something like this before.

on the cluster the key light was on.
in the odometer at first it says service then changes to say mileage is 651533 miles (only really at 91k)

vag-com says i have two faults 16804 and 17978.
