Default New Member Introduction
Hi, I have a 2006 Jetta with the 1.9L TDI with the DSG transmission. I have owned the car for a little over a year and have done all of the neglected maintenance and have also replaced the DM flywheel. I am a licenced automotive technician and have worked in the trade for the last 15 years. I am gearing up to replace the timing belt and water pump soon and if I have any questions I know where to ask!

make sure to use the crank lock and read carefully and you'll be all set!@ FYI, also do a camshaft inspection, very common problem
