hi there can any body help me .having problems with my 2003 tdi passat drives like a dream till i put my foot down then it hesitates as though its missing have try to eliminate various fuel and air leaks . goes well when cold but as soon as it warms up it starts missing .its great conserving fuel but very annoying when trying to overtake as you can imagine.

First check for any error codes. This type of hesitation is normally an air leak. Have you done a full boost leak test like mentinoed in the FAQ? Even though you said you checked for air leaks this will rule out air leaks for sure vs. a quick visual inspection. At least on Passat in the US, there is an intercooler hose which rubs through and you can't see it.
