Dealer service in Little Rock, AR?

Hi, I will be needing my 30k free maintenance service soon and wondered if anybody can offer feedback for either North Point VW or Owens Murphy VW. I have not used either of them and am hesitant to take my 2010 JSW TDI DSG to any VW dealer based on all the negative comments I've seen in numerous forums.

If neither of the above dealers are trustworthy, can anyone recommend an independent mechanic in central Arkansas?
