does anybody here have a manual on this that i can take a look at?

Welcome to the forum.

Checking timing belt info and the 2005 Seat Leon 1.9 TDI BLS and 2005 Caddy 1.9 TDI BLS looks the same as 2005 (aka 2005.5) 2006 VW Jetta TDI timing belt replacement (1.9L BRM engine). Compare the pictures and prodedure.
