Question 4 digit key code
I have a 2002 VW Jetta 1.8T and need a program an extra key (only have 1 key) Is there any way to get the 4 digit key code other than going to a dealer?

Check out the immo FAQ, all details are in there, VW changed the system so even the dealer can't give it to you anymore, they never see it themselves.
