Dealership experience thread?

Hi guys. New to the VW community but looking forward to my first TDI and VW ownership experience. I was looking around and I didn't see anything related to dealerships. I'm from AZ, and I was wondering what the Tuscon dealership was like as far as maintenance expertise. TIA.
