One of the loopholes in a lot of traffic management systems is how they can effectively merge traffic without proving to post more risks for the people to actually consider as workable.

And with traffic getting worse by the day, it seems like people have gotten really complacent and fine with it already. Though I would still hope that things work a lot better every time they come up with something new.
