Very clever!
Lete's see him get it back in. ![]() Bought a barbeque smoker a few years ago off thesmokering.com. A friend has a pick-up and lives near where the smoker was, He helped me get it home. It weighs about 650 pounds. I bought two long boards and he removed the tailgate from his truck. He stood between the boards and asked me to start lowering the smoker towards him. I explained that, once the smoker starts down the ramp, it's pretty much on its own and might flatten him. It would have.

Yes he can get it back on the truck i'm told!
If you think that's clever this is also very clever and yes it goes back the way it came.

clever but stupid! I've worked on trucks and equipment for years and never seen anyone do this! That machine is way over-rated for the bed of that dump truck. He needs to buy a trailer! I've seen a lot of people that will "walk" an excavator off the side of a low-boy trailer. It is very bad on the trailer's suspension and cracks the frame badly! I would be hard pressed to do a Federal DOT inspection on his dump truck with out looking VERY closely at his frame!

I hope he does realize that there is no ROPS (roll over protection) or FOPS (falling object protection) on excavators. So when the boom or stick and or one of the hydraulic hose fail and they will, he is going to get injured.
Seeing what this idiot is doing, I am sure he will run off to the nearest lawyer and will file a lawsuit against the manufacture of the machine. The lawsuit will be to pay for his injures and hospital bill. An do not try to tell me he won't. I was involved in few lawsuits were I worked. One lawsuit was where the operator cut out his seat belts on the machine he was using. When the machine rolled down the mountain side he was ejected from the cab of the machine and crushed by it. He and his lawyer filed a lawsuit suing the manufacture because he was able to cut the seat belts out of the machine. We the manufacture did not warn him not to do this, that was his bases of the lawsuit. He did not win but he could of. Jim W.

If you think showing off in a digger wasn't clever you'll hate this little clip of a guy showing off in his BMW M5.

OMG.....what a jerk, take it to a private track or at least an empty road where innocent bystanders won't pay for your mistake.
