UserCP and FAQ renamed for ease of use

The blue bar, the one that has "Log Out" and "Search" on the right, says "User CP" and "FAQ" on the left. I've gotten some questions on how to post or how to reply to posts so I've renamed these two items as "User control panel" and "How to post or use the forum". This should help answer these questions. The forum use FAQ is completely separate from the TDI specific "how to" FAQ pages and are only for forum use. User control panel deals with setting the user preferences.
