all youtube videos gone

I made a booboo...I was trying to relink my youtube account and deleted it through google accounts instead. I had around 50 videos and they're all gone...It's really pissing me off since there is not a verification email where you can undo it and it was so easy to do. This happened because all google accounts are now automatically linked to a youtube account even if you don't have a youtube account, trying to swap them around resulted in the deletion of the entire account. You used to be able to unlink and change these options which made it even more confusing.

Youtube and Google don't have ANY email or telephone support, not even for those who contribute to their bottom line through advertising and providing lots of useful videos. Two huge companies swimming in cash and there is no way to contact them at all...ridiculous. Furthermore, you used to be able to undelete a youtube account but no longer! I can see the username is still taken and the video thumbnails are still there so the data is still there somewhere but I can't access it.

So this is why the youtube videos aren't working, it's going to take a while to re-upload and relink all the youtube videos, sorry!

EDIT: This is a free website, if you don't like the service I can give you a full refund. Seriously though, I am re-editing many of the videos with more advanced tools so it's not a matter of just re-uploading them. This takes time. Thanks for your patience.

Yes YouTube are a pain in the backside really.

There are some videos you can't view unless you have an account. Ok I made an account is said email address already in use well I don't remember making an acount years ago but I may have done so I clicked forgotten password. It said email address unknown, if its unknown how could it have been used before?

I made another account with another email address and no confirmation came back so I couldn't use that one. I made yet another account and with another email address and that one came back. It said password has to be 8 characters or more .

As Chitty says there is no contact link to sort out any problems.

The videos should all be back and working. Many older videos were color corrected and re-edited to make the viewing experience better If you see any broken youtube videos, don't hesitate to post a notice in here, thank you.
