Yes. Did some research and it's the upper EGR cooler pipe. Part # 038131521CB
The #'s are the same on most upper EGR cooler pipes I found, with different letters at the end. The CB, in this case, denotes is for the 2004/05 Passat BHW 2.0 TDI.
