You have to click on their banner ad, go to ebay, buy with buy it now and pay with paypal. It must be purchased within 1 hour. The cash goes into a rebate account or is put into your paypal instantly. 30% off up to $200. Just make sure the promotion banner is there before you checkout or else don't check out.
