Basically I had the AGR in my cordoba with the wastegate turbo and I've now put the engine into a Mk4 golf with a vnt setup that came with it so it's virtually an ALH. The turbo is the only difference I can find so far.
As for the PP764's they're bigger injector nozzles, give a nice boost for a 90 and with the proper turbo and tune can handle around 180 bhp. They were easier than getting a tune at the time and a bit cheaper, I reckoned I might as well get them then I have room to upgrade other stuff later.
I bought them from a vendor called Kerma tdi and this guy set them up, there the same ones on his site.
