p0101 "pending?"
06 MK4 Golf PD, 5 speed,
I have recently been getting a check engine light that comes up p0101 pending. As I'm sure many of you know that the code is for a MASS air flow sensor. Vehicle runs very well and seems to be getting around normal fuel mileage(about 45 mpg combined). The light has been rearing its ugly head 'bout every 200-500 miles. I have the ROSS tech hardware and software. My question is should I replace the mass airflow sensor(pricey) or clean it, or not worry at this point. Don't want to be left on the side of the road.
