Location: Lithuania, I don't know if your car has an immobilizer, do you see the car/key symbol on the instrument cluster?

Is the no start situation after changing the fuel filter? If so, there is still air in the fuel lines and it will take some cranking for the injection pump to purge out the air. One way to speed it up is to loosen the metal fuel line at the fuel injector slightly. Wrap it with a thick rag. Crank until wet. Do not use your hand since it's under pressure.

Is this the problem?
