I have the same combo except it came with the MFSW buttons. Look through the MFSW steering wheel swap article. If your paddle shifters are left button: 1k0 951 527 b reh , right button:1k0 951 528 b reh , you can use MFSW button with paddle shifter (may not include paddle shifters): left buttons: 1k0 959 537 f reh, right buttons: 1k0 959 538 c reh
These were the actual part numbers that came off the wheel I'm using.
Can you take pics of the blanks removed? I'd like to see what the paddles shifter without the MFSW plugs into and to add the picture to the FAQ article. If you could provide the part number (it should have a sticker or a stamped number on it), it would really be helpful.
Here are some temp pictures showing the buttons removed. The paddle plugged into the button and the button plugged into the lower part. The pics will be added to the MFSW writeup some other time so if you don't see pics, refer to the article.
